  • Seminar Speaker Suggestion/Nomination
    IGNITE’s overall mission for our annual conference is to pursue the gospel truth, to develop personal relationships with Christ, and to bridge future generational gaps. Every year, our conference includes interactive seminars about 1 hour long. This year, we would like to invite emerging leaders to lead their own topics at the event. If there is someone you wish to NOMINATE or RECOMMEND, please send them this form:
  • What does registration get me?
    -Your conference registration fee includes: all Main Stage sessions—worship, speakers, and special guests access seminars available access to all activity halls access the prayer corner "breakfast in bed" and dinner Friday night access to on-site amenities including swimming pools, an exercise room, plus a free local shuttle and parking. access to room-style lobby, a courtyard with a fire pit, and a restaurant serving Starbucks coffee. of course some Ignite swag ;)
  • Is registration refundable?
    Please note that tickets purchased for Ignite 2023 are non-refundable after August 13th. Tickets are transferable to another individual at any time before August 13th. Please email to request cancellation.
  • Discounts available?
    No discounts offered at this time. However this year's registration has been lowered due to the large amount of donations from last year. Praise God! Payment must be paid in full by corresponding registration windows to prevent ticket cancellation. Need financial help? We encourage you to connect with your local church leaders first. We want to encourage the relationship between you and your local church. They love you! Conversation starters - We'd like to attend Ignite this year. Can the church help us with registration cost or transportation? - Is there a way the church could help us fundraise so we can lower the cost?
  • Can I attend online?
    We will rebroadcast the messages on our youtube page. Stay tuned. We apologize for not uploading last year's. Our audio/tech team ran into issues upon reviewing the recording.
  • How will room assignments be organized?
    Rooms will be divided by gender. Room consist of 2 queen beds or 1 king bed and a pullout sofa. Either option allows up to 4 registrants. Registrants will have the option to upgrade their room accommodation during registration. Those of the opposite gender are not permitted into each other's room. If reported, those who violate this rule will be asked to leave the conference.
  • How can I help?
    Sharing about this ministry, sharing your testimony and experience at Ignite, sharing our newsletter to someone who might need a reminder, sharing a media post, and repping our merchandise. We're also looking for leaders, and anyone willing to help lend a hand! Volunteer here:
  • Who can attend Ignite Conference?
    Ignite Conference is for high school graduates of 2023, young adults in college, or in their careers.
  • What is the dress code?
    Dress appropriately- casual to business casual
  • Transportation: What is the closest airport to the venue?
    Orlando International Airport 1 Jeff Fuqua Blvd, Orlando, FL 32827 (about 24 minutes from the venue) If traveling by air, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport.
  • Why is Ignite hosted in a different city each year?
    Each year our conference is hosted in a different city allowing everyone an opportunity to experience God's presence and blessing within the local ministry. It also allows us to partner up with the local churches to plan events and experiences catered to the area which makes it unique each year!
  • Lodging?
    Registrants have the option to lodge at venue: TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista 8040 Palm Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32836, USA Contemporary rooms offer free WiFi and flat-screen TVs, plus desks, mini fridges and coffee makers. Social spaces include a living room-style lobby, a game room and a laundromat room. There's also a business center and meeting space, including a ballroom for 200 guests. Other amenities include an outdoor pool and an exercise room, plus a free local shuttle and parking.
  • Resources
    Here are resources for leaders to present at their respective churches to encourage and introduce the theme for this year and registration.
  • Chaperones?
    Not required, but should local churches desire to send one or multiple chaperones they must be at least 21 years or age.
  • What safety protocols and security measures are in place to prevent inappropriate behavior?
    Our conference schedule takes place in the main ballroom. Mask and sanity resources will be provided throughout the conference. Breakout sessions and content is catered to all ages that are eligible to attend. Registrants will be broken into group and incentives will be presented for group attendance. Volunteers and church leaders will be present to aid Ignite staff. Room lodging will be divided by gender. Those of the opposite gender are not permitted into each other's room. If reported, those who violate this rule will be asked to leave the conference.
